GETTING MY CAFE TO WORK

I checked to be sure that the notifications settings from the app ended up set, and they're, even check the S Gear application to be sure they were on, and so are. I even uninstalled and reinstalled both applications. Short of resetting my phone, I am misplaced. If all this can be preset, I might give more stars. Oh, and I have a Samsung Galaxy S9.
